How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Completion of processing and editing of photographs and videos will take up to six (6) weeks.
Do we have to pay everything up front?
A non-refundable deposit of $500 for photography packages is required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. The remaining outstanding balance is due no later than one (1) week prior to your wedding. You are more than welcome to pay the final balance in instalments in the lead up to your wedding or as one lump sum.

What if we're getting married outside of Launceston?
All travel within 30kms of Launceston is included in your package fee. For travel outside of these areas, an additional travel fee may apply for both the photographer and videographer.
Do we receive every photo taken?
You will only receive final, edited photographs in your digital gallery. We do not provide RAW images/footage or every capture taken.
Can we split the time you are with us across the day?
Your coverage time is continuous and can not be split across different times or sections of the day.
Do you offer videography packages without photography?
We do not. We offer photography packages or photo + video packages. This ensures our availability, should one of our clients with an existing booking wish to upgrade their package to a photo + video package.
What if we would like more than 8 hours coverage?
You are welcome to add on extra hours of coverage on top of the platinum package.
Each additional hour of photography is $450 per hour. Each additional hour of photography + videography combined, is $550 per hour.
How is my final video delivered?
You have the option to receive your final video in two ways. You can opt for a digital online gallery, which you then download to your personal devices. Please note: The download link will remain active for 3 months from delivery date.
Your second option is to receive a physical copy on either a USB and/or DVD (small additional fee).

How does the process work?
I. Book the date.
Contact us to check for date availability. Your booking is considered locked in once your deposit is received.
II. Sign Contract.
We will send you a contract to sign and return and also a wedding questionnaire. This helps us to gather all of the important information and time line for your wedding day. Some couples also like to meet to discuss the finer details.
III. The Big Day.
It's here! We will arrive at the agreed time and capture everything. From the small details to the big moments, we've got it covered.
Iv. photos.
We will send an image sneak peak to you within 3 days of your wedding.
Your high resolution, digital gallery will be available within 6 weeks. You will have access to download your images and share them with family and friends for 12 months!
